Price has buy stops pending above those highs will smart money take this opportunity to go short?
There is a possibility, however we would need time and price to line up (Time of day and Day of Week).
Tomorrow is Thursday which typically is the high of the week when bullish.
I would anticipate shorting in London Close or looking for a New York Reversal short.
8:30 am there will be high and medium impact news tomorrow April 28th.
