EDP - Energias de Portugal - bullish continuation?

EDP - Energias de Portugal is a Portuguese electric utilities company. before the pandemic, the price was in a sharp up-trend. Since the pandemic-related price lows (see blue arrow)the price has resumed its uptrend, and surpassed the pre-pandemic highs. Keen to know what others think. Please leave a comment or link to your own ideas! On the daily, the price has touched the 0.382 retracement and bounced back up - this could suggest that the bullish trend is intact. However, the daily RIS < 50, indicating bearishness. Also, price is just below the lower trendline (blue line), and would need to return above the line to support a bullish trend thesis.
