Combined US Indexes - Breakout to meet resistance?

As marked, it has 4 candles after closing above the resistance and is on a very bullish breakout. Thing is, the indexes just moved into a resistance zone. And there is a potential confluent resistance point just above.

Overall, bullish until meeting resistance, then we should have a pull back of some sort...
