ETH and the lagging ALT Party

based on this chart we can see there is a correlation between ethereum and bullish alt-season. we have received other signals such as doge, a coin who's price acts in a very cyclical manner, but it often precedes alt season. that is particularly a good sign considering ETH broke ATH and is looking quite strong vs BTC. Both btc and eth kept on exchanges is at an all-time low, signaling people have little to no interest in selling. BTC just broke out of falling wedge and retested, generously carrying the market up (so far). satoshi is known to redistribute in this market and redistribute fast, so no assumptions can be made yet. I know gann fan is not commonly used in crypto but price seems to be respecting it for a while now on the Macro view. geometry and cycles usually don't lie.
