Ethereum Technicals: It will hit $400 before the end of month.

Ethereum just broke the 61.8 fibonnacci retracement and im looking for a minor correction and the 78.6. The lines up psychologically with the $350 price range. My prediction is that Ethereum will definitely hit $400 before September 1st.
