2. If price comes back to the region for re-testing, a short can be opened.
Targets/Trade Management:
1. 2 Targets
2. First Target at 1:1 R/R Ratio (50 sma is there)
3. Second Target a bit lower (200 sma is there)
4. Move the stop of the first target to break even when first target is hit
