Price bounced at 1.139 I think if it will test this again it could be a good entry. I have already taken long position with target at 1.147-1.15 range. If it reaches my target I will keep 1/2 of position in case of the breakout that could happen. The more I look at it I think a big breakout might not materialize. It is because of the range of movement I see for the EUR on other pairs that limit what it can do here. If it fails to breakout then I think price could fall to lower solid black trendline.
