Inverse Head and Shoulders

This Inverse Head and Shoulder's structure is similar to the one on SPY (although it's also a bear pennant breakout).
I see potential upside in both for this and next week.

Targets for Netflix:
Price target - around 324.
Stop loss - around 300.
