NIO possible WAVE 4 ending and WAVE 5 coming.

NIO looks like it has completed waves 1-3...currently working on wave 4.

We can expect wave 5 after wave 4 completes.

Targets : 32 and 34

today's dip to 26 was a good entry point...
waiting to see if we dip even further to 24

we could possibly start consolidating from here or just pump up
