RISE is in a great position to breakout, and we want to capitalize on this. The price bounced off a support line that has now been confirmed because of this bounce. It also seems to be using a hidden resistance as a top which we should keep in mind also (broken ascending line). This means that as the price rises we should see it hit this top before retracing back to support. This is if the price can break out of major descending resistance. The last two bounces have resulted in flag patterns, so we could expect to see that happen again, and may see it a few times on the way up. We can buy the top and sell the bottom on the way up, but Ill only be selling my initial investment and accumulating for a major breakout. Could set stops just below the major support line
