The last time RSI was this high on a weekly SPY Chart

I'll post below, what happened in 1994. From here, I DO THINK, we rest in 2018 (some) but 2019- 2021 could be and likely will be some VERY strong bullish years. And then after everyone stops talking about 'the crash' and everyone feels good and everyone hops on, then we have "the" pull back." My guess.
