USD/CAD HIGHER HIGH AND HIGHER LOW ?

Here's what i think :
if you see the time frame from 4h , 1D and 1W,
this pair making higher high and higher low.
and it seems FED interest rates will affect the market. see how it goes.

are this pair really making higher high and higher low ?
