The first test is at $23.51 (50% Fibo retracement line). Second test at $29.08 (61.8% Fibo retracement line). Stoch RSI indicates overbought giving these retracements test more weight towards a downward trend. Also, OPEC's action could alter the impact of these TA, so keep eyes on the news too.
