As it's in the top 10 coins, it follows BTC VERY closely, so keep in mind any big changes in btc price will effect XLM regardless of TA. I'm personally long with my three sell targets being marked by the green arrows.

Also, I cannot recommend the indicator at the bottom enough. It's a buy/sell pressure indicator. you can see we recently had as much seeling volume (relative to price action) as our prior low, but we barely dropped at all, this is basically a hidden bull div, but im just even more confident with this indicator.
