Things will look slightly bullish once the Tenkan Sen crosses over the Kijun Sen (although this is still a weak signal because price is under the Kumo). Price needs to establish support firmly at €1 before strong action. Lots of good news the first 2 weeks of Feb (partnerships with XRP and big financial institutions) might help prop up the price.
