that bottom indicator is BTC .D ETH.D TOTAL3 BTC & ETH charts combined. This is that same shorter term view as last chart but the 4 hour longer view_if you look closely its the same but "zoomed out"_ ETH n BTC dominance gaining strength as the total3 or alt market cap and btc n eth price action falls off
