Broke trendline upwards after FOMC

FOMC increased rates by .25 bps and looks like markets like that, not the .50 bps some were looking for.

Over 10000 volume today in the $3100 March 18 call contracts, OI was 4400.

Resistance at 3183, Old support now resistance.
