ARPI looks like a good setup. Crossing on MACD, 1.38 relative volume so it will move quick, and large OBV. The OBV has me really excited because it has not been this large since the stock was at $2.50. If you scroll out on the chart you can see the lines that I have drawn on both the chart and the OBV chart. Finally, ARPI has a FDA approval that can shoot its price up.
