On the AUDJPY daily timeframe we spotted a rejection from the weekly resistance zone and a bearish engulfing candlestick pattern.

On the 4-hour timeframe we saw that the price made another bearish engulfing candlestick pattern and after that broke the up-trendline with a continuation candlestick.

On the 1-hour timeframe we identified a correction which later the price broke it, which confirms the continuation to the downside.

We are now waiting the price to go down, come back and make a retest of the 1-hour resistance zone, plus a candlestick pattern to occur so we can consider opening a short position on this pair.
