For buyers it will be a great chance to catch a bullish impulse,
however, ATTENTION - to increase your winning chance you should be patient
and wait for a bullish breakout of a wide neckline 10800 - 11000 structure resistance area.

after a breakout we are free to buy with the initial target around 11800,
second target - 13000
