based on ichimoku cloud we have 3 scenarios :''
1: we get immediate support of the cloud and continue bullish.
2: we get stock in the cloud for 2 or 3 days then restart our bullish ternd
3: we get no support from the cloud and downfall begins!!
i think the second scenario is more probable
you know why?
look down at RSI; as you can see we have an obvious down trend. and here is my educational tip for you: when we have a trend line in the RSI; even it breaks, we'd still have one more wave in direction of our broken trendline in RSI.
which means even our trendline in RSI breaks , we still have one more bearish wave remaining .
why do i give the 3rd scenario 20% of possibility?? can you answer that?
