DECRED - Massive Bullish Continuation Pennant - 20%+ Gains

Decred has a very bullish set up here. DCR has a beautiful continuation pattern forming that I'll be looking to break to the upside. I think we have a good opportunity to nab 20%+ on a breakout with the possibility of hitting the .0032 area.
