As we have seen that most of the time when BTCUSD rises the ALTS also follow suit. DODGEUSD seems to have completed wave 2 of wave 1 and it is now forming the third impulse wave. Note that the first target is the zone at the top of the first impulse wave. We are, however, expecting price to break through that zone as wave 3 is usually larger than wave 1.
