Looks like 3400 is a forgone conclusion
I looks highly likely that we see 3400 this week or close too it. When price gets this close to a major high it usually at least wants to tap it.
Anything can happen but I would expect at least a shallow pull back or consolidations period back to or above the .236 fib if price touches the ATH. I will be watching
for a false break and pin bar which would offer a good r/r short opportunity especially on news. Often significant levels like this coincide with
major news events so I would not be surprised to see something big get dropped this week pushing price either to new highs or cause a pull back.

So gapping up overnight close to the all time highs and of course as we come into this zone Trump is about to have a briefing on a vaccine and Russia has said they approved one.
