The last time this EMA was touched was ~1M ago and the market fell 23%. Overcoming this resistance would surely be huge. We should expect to pull in a lot of FOMO buyers there.
If we should assume that Operators are playing ETH bullish, that is the most opportune place to cause panic sellings. Buying below that panic will be the best current entry, I believe.

FOMO buyers predictably bought into Phi EMA 2584. Now they will panic. Perhaps we lose upwards of 3.5% or even more dramatic. Wait until you see real Operator buying. Downside will be further than you think. No premature buy orders.
