ETH buy a bounce up at 1169/1173 or a break

ETH is still correcting from the last move down or is already preparing another leg down, i have no idea, but i see a small bullish formation a broadening wedge, i would long a bounce up between 1169 and 1173/4 or after a break up of the wedge, if a break down S1 happen the trade would be invalidated; RSI on 15M is neutral moving down, on 30M and 1H s oversold and on 4H is overbought, that tells me that we may have a push up and probably a break of the wedge, I would enter a long position as per chart or stay out if a breaks down happen
