Out my USD bull trades. Some of them I've been in from early 2021. Got out of almost everything today. Have nominal sized swing shorts on (Under 1/10 of normal sizing) and am accumulating long while we hold above the previous lows.
Ideally, we see a hyper rally. I want to get back into USD long. Am a big dollar bull overall, would be a very happy one if we flash crashed in the USD (XXXUSD fly).
Short continuation failed. Over the last 10 trading days we've made higher lows on the EURUSD daily chart.
We've spiked out the last big low and we often bull trap from that.
Double bottom on the daily currently.
While all these conditions are in place, I find 161 fib of the double bottom most often hits.
Breaking of 161 = parabolic move to 261.
Ideally, I am a short again in EURUSD after seeing the 161 break and rapid 261 rise.
