POWR/BTC Looking for support to buy

POWR is one on my Radar. Im not ready for the buy yet as I'm looking for a little more confirmation of support here. If we can get up through the hourly cloud and get support buys will be on around 3700. 1st Target is 5300 - 2nd Target 7000
