SPX - UPDATE: Formed 2nd shoulder of H + S, approaching neckline

- S & P 500 has formed its second shoulder of a Bearish H + S formation at the 2740 resistance ( Previous support)
- Currently approaching neckline resistance
- Watch for a break + possible retest of this level before entering short
