Torrent pharma trading with -ve arbitrage where spot is trading 8 rupee higher than futures. Daily charts showing weakness at higher levels. HNI traders may employ a covered put strategy for a week outlook.G0 short in futures at CMP 1878.5 and sell 1850 PE at around 35-40 rupees and leave the positions till expiry or till you receive 3-5% ROI.

Formed doji on daily charts. Possible upmove is due to the strength in indices and pharma sector. Exited the PE on good profit. Will hold the short position now. Also made small profit by shorting it near 1903 future level for 10 points. Still looks good to hold. If it moves up will share the cover up strategy.
