According to the official announcement, Bitfinex will suspend the recharge and withdrawal of Filecoin(FIL) for about 24 hours from 13:00 UTC time on April 27th, as Filecoin will upgrade its nv19 Lighting and nv20 Thunder networks. Bitfinex will inform customers once the FIL recharge and withdrawal are reopened. The transaction will not be affected
