BTCUSD 4HR Where is the volume

We've recently rejected the 50HR MA , 4HR chart is just at oversold on RSI , but we need to turn up the volume before anything exciting happens. $4970-$5000 looks good if we get some big buy volume SOON but $3200 seems more likely for the next move.
