Bull flag formed as well as ascending wedge, where are we going?

Mini bullflag seems to have formed and broken out not hitting the target yet. A rising wedge has also formed, meaning BTC could break downwards where i see it bouncing at where the red dotted line ends at around 10400 i believe before moving up again. If bulls keep pushing foward and BTC rises i see it completing the whole Inverse Head and Shoulders and being rejected. I just don't see it rising to 17 or 18k at this time, so close to our last crash. I am still learning a lot , please help a noob with some likes or comments / tips. I really want to be able to comment on others TA but i don't have enough reputation. Thanks -
