EUR/USD UPDATE 9-12-19

Looks like the EUR had some good news in the meeting. We are breaking the .236 fib closing soon above on the 4 hour bar and breaking the bearish trend line. Looking for a short term BUY up to the .618 fib. Good Luck Everyone!
