GbpUsd Pair at 1.2990 is considered as the Resistance Level to the Current Trend Phase - Expected Target Low will include 1.2509 as Support Level - There is further high side Volume seen at the 241% bar at 1.3111 although from past experience I do not expect Price to be interest within this Higher Level.

Just to add further Comment - 31/10/2019 A Possible 1.3111 at the top of the range 241% bar of the present range high - but at 38% bar high at 1.2990 I find this Price is sufficient before Price will turn about in the other Direction - At Low Support Level I look at 61% bar at a return Low. Before extreme Breakout trend higher. Targets High include 1.3895

Just As Global Market News Updates - On all the Pairs I cater against - I now consider that 3 Currency Rate Pairs are In-Line and at 100% Accurate Rating. these include the EurUsd - Gbpusd - WtiOil Pairs. I start with GbpUsd Pair - As a Continuation Swing High trend Resistance Level is seen at 1.3014 there remain scoop higher towards 1.3128 but not above this Level.
With A Set Target On Return Low placed at 1.2359
Before further Continuation onto the Higher High Phase is seen at monthly chart cycle Higher set at or near 1.3870
