GitLab might be self hosted on your centralized instance. Alternatively there are attempts for federation which are underdeveloped and would operate under a centralized domain.
Radicle extends git with peer-to-peer network discovery and replicates the repos locally, hence is truly P2P/decentral. There is no necessity for a centralized git server anymore. You replicate changes from your peers rather than from the central git remote. Its a very hard networking problem to solve.

Last time when I started posting about NYSE:RAD /Radicle, Radworks/ it was being calm almost 1.5 months)) then it pumped 300% in 7 days, now I'm posting about it again, don't miss a fantastic move. As soon as it clears 1.8$ >2.2$ will arrive super fast, clean break of 2.2-2.4$ will send it 5$+ where I expect pullback towards 3.8-4.2$ zone and continuation up towards 9.5-10$.
