As per chart Broke out $0.42 resistance and now retest also done so Now we can see upward move.

And $0.42 resistance level became strong support level.

So If price drop below $0.42 then exit will be good decision.

If hold $0.42 level then Targets are:-
$0.82/$1.22/$1.69
