1. Use previous Lowest Low
2. Use previous Highest High
3. Notice how it aligns with all the major tops and bottoms in this bear market.

For our bull market to truly commence, when it bounces from bottom to the next high it must clear the 25200, or at least the 21484 of our last high

As this is quite the adrenaline rush thinking about it, keep in mind that the 27th is an alternate bottom date.
