I talked about USDJPY potential shorts when price was around 136.30 yesterday, expected some strong selling pressure mainly due to how over-stretched UJ was since Dec 2020.
If you've joined the sells yesterday, for the time being it has plummeted for over 300 pips++, how far would it goes? It really depends on how price reacts later.
I do expect further downside on UJ, but as always if you're looking to join the momentum downwards make sure you wait for further pullbacks & confirmation.
Overall target will be around 131.70 key support level.
