Okay: First, I wanted to apologize for not posting much lately but I had a lot of analysis for work to do. Second, I wanted to make sure that I posted a heads up to my idea because these analyses take some time to post, and often I am not by my desktop to post a good chart. So here is my analysis:

The chart:
Okay so this has been looking like a flag to me for a long time, and depending on what chart you are on price action has already broken the upper trendline and the upper trendline is being used as support. But, since I am not working on those charts, I must provide evidence on this one. I had a tentative trendline on the RSI approximately 8 hrs ago, however recently it turned into an actual trendline. Also on the RSI, there was a descending trendline which has been broken for the moment. It’s possible that during this 4hr time frame it gets pushed down.
There is strong resistance at 10800, that is something to be aware of. In addition, there has been consolidation such as this before, it can be seen on the triangle of may-June, when the price was approximately 8000 or 7000 or something.

Once price breaks 10800 and 11000, then it seems to me as if there will be a big movement up, but do not be afraid if there is some volatility slightly above 11000 as I do believe there could be some consolidation around 11200 which would make that a possible buying opportunity.
