Bullish Divergence is signal of reversal or sideway, that is probability not 100% happen,
then if Reversal happen what should BTC do?,
1. you can see Downtrend line they have to break out before reversal and after break out
2.confirm reversal is make Higher High Than 31745
If Reversal not happen it will be sideway range 31745 - 18755 and let see again what happen next.
